We stayed at the Fairmont in DC in May 2025 while visiting our daughter, who attends university nearby. This was our third time staying at the property, and it continues to be our preferred choice whenever we're in town. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff are consistently professional, helpful, and courteous, making check-in a pleasant experience every time. The valet team is equally impressive, friendly, efficient, and always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and very clean. The beds are comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after long days in the city. The location is ideal for getting around DC, with easy access to transport options and plenty of great food choices nearby. The Fairmont has truly become a home away from home for us, and we look forward to staying here again on future visits.

Fairmont Georgetown stay

We love the Fairmont Hotels and this was our first stay in the DC area. My only complaint would be to make updates to the bathrooms. The toilet was too low and did not flush well. The bathroom lighting was poor and the make up mirror was not lighting and not attached properly.
