Staff is friendly. Management is quick to respond to any issues. The location is great for walking to the sights and excellent restaurants. Valet parking is expensive but there is not any other parking options. I recommend this property.

The staff were very friendly. We were offered a late check out and a $20 food/beverage credit. We loved the late check out but it we never received the $20 credit off our room service order. The rooms were nice but the outlets needs to be replaced (or at least in the room we stayed in). All except 2 were loose and wouldn't keep the phone charger in place. Other than that the hotel was nice and located conviently by the Metro.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro and in downtown. The one complaint I had is that the amount shown on Expedia was different than the amount charged by the hotel. I have stayed here previously and would again.
