Not the best

Rooms were small, bathroom shower had no water pressure. My husband is a tall man literally had to bend down to reach the shower head. We booked online not anywhere did it mention the 70 a night extra for parking a night so we pulled up front jumped out literally ran inside for them front desk to drop that bomb on us after a 4 hour drive.

when we reached for check in they said no rooms it's sold out. After 1 hour of wait they gave us the room but was not that requested and when i ask they said they will change the room next day which they did and manager told us they will credit us $60 for the trouble which we never received.

Close proximity to points of interest. Onsite restaurant has a nice bar and the pizza was pretty good. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were super nice and helpful!

Every time I have an event at the Walter E Washington Convention Center I stay here. The rooms are stocked, spacious, and clean - the front desk is personable and helpful AND the on site restaurant options are on point! Via Sophia draws a local crowd which definitely speaks to its quality! See ya next year Hamilton Hotel!
