We love the location to the train station and the Metro and have stayed here multiple times. This most recent visit was disappointing. The TV worked sometimes as the screen would often pixelate. The bathroom had an odd odor. We had a top sheet with a blood stain upon arrival. However the front desk staff was excellent and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. The tub was slippery but we were able to get a map from the staff. The weekend/evening staff were awesome! They engaged in conversation and were very helpful with giving us information about the area. Monday morning staff was less engaging and did not look up from their desk to acknowledge guests coming by.

Great location!

Great location and over the top staff! Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, many options. Dislike- the elevator, walls and doors were dirty and seemed like it’s on its last leg. Made me nervous at times! Overall, I enjoyed my weekend stay, I would stay here again.

The TV was from 1990 as well as the cable line going into it, literally had is the up/down channel button for it to work. The tub/shower was like standing in a half pipe. I wondered why there was a grab bar in the shower until I tried standing and showering. The hotel is dated but I will say the continental breakfast was well done.
