Staff was very calm and courteous about me needing to leave my bag at the front desk a few times. Also friendly staff at the breakfast buffet. I reserved a king bed room and got a room with two doubles with a handicapped shower that didn’t quite stream out far enough to take a shower. Also, the room was very clean but the remote was visibly disgusting.

Room is spacious and clean, water pressure is great. Reception is also very nice and welcoming. They allow you to drop off your luggage by the front desk if your flight is late/early. Close to a lot of shops like grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks, plus also very close to the nearest metro.

The room did not have the advertised “city view,” which was disappointing. If you’re looking for a true hotel experience, this property may not meet that expectation. The bed showed visible wear and tear, and the bathroom mirror was broken. The shower never got hot, and the room had a noticeable damp smell. The pool area was below average, and the hot tub was out of order. Overall, the space did not feel inviting. My child, who normally loves swimming, was actually hesitant to get into the pool. Upon arrival, I was not greeted. The receptionist simply looked at me until I initiated the conversation and said I was checking in. I would recommend this hotel only if you expect to spend most of your time outside during your trip.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bartender and cook was great. They were wonderful to talk to. However, my wife and I stayed because of the indoor pool and hot tub. The pictures of the pool area are deceiving. The pool is very small and the water was cold. The hot tub was out of order. Once we saw the hot tub wasn’t in use, we went back to our room.

I booked this flight the night before due to the blizzard just in case we couldn’t make it back to New York. 10 hours before check in I called to inform them that due to the weather we had travel cancellations. Expedia even reached out to them to honor a refund and the denied it. They can care less about your safety, they just wanted the money. The blizzard was all across the news for the eastern coast. Very clean, good area, $100-dollar incidental fee; went up from $60 dollars from 4 years ago. The young lady who works breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning is amazing and very knowledgeable. The check-in staff was not friendly.

Paid 65 dollars for mandated valet parking but he wasn’t around. Waited awhile and went to room then had to come back and find him. Was told “he’s somewhere and the only one working.” Lots of customers were unpleased. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly, had to go up twice since she didn’t know I booked two rooms. That should automatically pull up with my name. No breakfast. Won’t be staying again.
