You'll have exclusive access to the entire house (Upstairs Unit). The porch offers a relaxing outdoor retreat, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Entry is provided via a smart lock for convenience and security. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.
The basement unit is not included during your stay, (under renovation).

No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted. If there is evidence of a pet during the stay, a $500 fee will be charged.
No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is
violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 11pm to 8 am.
Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
