I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. It did not match the photos or the description online, and the cleanliness was far below standard. I expected a basic level of hygiene and comfort, but unfortunately, this stay left me frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made

The property was good. The staff were polite but really would not answer any because we “booked thru Expedia”. At the end- we were charged $300 more than what was quoted with Expedia. Felt like it was a bait and switch situation.

Spent a lot of money on the president suite and no smart TVs (even holiday inn has that) toilet leaked water in floor when flushed and reported it twice! Shower door didn’t close and soaked floor. Huge scratch on my brand new truck! Even the front door hinge was held on with duck tape! A lot of money spent for run down room!
