This home is perfect for business guests and tourists wanting to have fun in DC. It is the perfect home away from home. This rental is about convenience and location. A half a block from U Street and a green line metro station -- that was the perfect combo for our needs: good restaurants and easy access to Smithsonian museums. We ate in the neighborhood all three nights (Barcelona, Doi Moi and Eatopia) and happy with all. Self check-in and check-out were easy, too. Each bedroom has a double bed that can sleep two. Two full baths (and a half bath on main floor) also a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook in. We chose to rent a private parking space just around the corner. Very convenient and safe. FYI If you're arriving on a weekday before 5 p.m., it looks like it's pretty easy to get street parking right outside the front door. Rental owner offers that as an option, too.

Nice place close to everything.

Very nice town home with comfy beds, nice kitchen and outside. It’s close to great food and entertainment, Metro and shopping. Quiet neighborhood but close to nightlife. Hostess was quick to respond to any questions. Nice eclectic furnishings. The only thing I would have liked to have had was a little more comfortable seating in the living room. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION

HAD A TERRIFIC TIME. SO EASY TO WALK TO U STREET STATION. HOUSE WAS FUN AND FUNKY. SECOND BEDROOM BED WASN'T A REAL QUEEN, THOUGH.
