Already equipped with a very large 3 leg dock your boats or you can park your floatplane right out front. This home features 2 fireplaces or go out and use your own firepit. This home sits next door to one of the newest restaurants in Wasilla the Chophouse so you can entertain either in this home or walk next door. Pull up your boat or your float plane up and relax. In the winter the fun never ends. You can still land on the lake and taxi right up. Watch the sights on the lake. Eagles, Falcons, Ducks, Geese, Loons and Swan all visit in the summer. If you like winter activities this home's got that covered as well. Go Snow machining, Skiing, Ice Skating or Ice Fishing right out your front door. During the Holidays watch the Fireworks or light a fire on the lake and enjoy.Your home away from home in Wasilla with 5 bedrooms.
