The pool area was grossly understaffed. I had a grown man screaming at my 10 year old daughter then tried to start a physical fight with me when i stepped in between them. There is no cameras or staff presence in this area of the hotel. When I spoke to the staff about the situation, I was told she couldn't do anything about the situation and to call the police.

The bathroom in the suite had mold/mildew in it and the water wouldnt go down the tub. We got home and my mom got super sick. We were room 225 and we probably will be making a choice to go to another hotel.
