I arrived at the hotel and they were unable to find my reservation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia who then called the front desk and spoke with someone who got very irritated about the situation. I requested a refund from Expedia which I was given and booked a room at a different hotel. I understand things happen, but I was disappointed in the manner in which the hotel staff chose to handle it.

I had the continental breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was pretty good I must say, being it was a continental breakfast, I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, but the breakfast was tasty! The beds were perfect! The blanket wasn’t too light, and wasn’t too heavy. Was perfect!

The pool is in bad shape, almost fell using the hand rails, once it's completely busted just sitting there, concrete peices and dust all over pool, allot of dirt in pool, floating things, bandages, and cold, hot tub was ok, besides the jets, all jets are broken,, the water comes out of the sides of the openings, had mold on my window sill,. Staff very nice though
