The Space:

The Big House was completely renovated in 2025 for guest comfort and offers plenty of space for 16 guests and pets. We are so excited to share our home with you!



🔸The First Floor:

The first floor consists of a family room with an electric fire place and tv, perfect for relaxing when you come back from the trails. The dining room seats 6-8 and there's plenty of room if you'd like to add a folding table to seat more. In the kitchen, you'll find all new stainless appliances, a new cook top, an air fryer, and a drip coffee maker for guest use. In the back of the house we have a mud room with a washer and dryer. The first floor also has the 5th bedroom with a private bathroom and two queen beds.



🔸The Second Floor:

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor for guest use. The two front bedrooms are large enough for a queen bed and two twin beds in each room. These rooms share a large, double vanity bathroom. The two rear rooms have a queen and twin bed each. Each bedroom has its on portable heater so guests can set the temperature in their room to their liking.



🔸Basement/Attic:

These are for storage proposes only and are off limits to guests.



🔸Outdoors:

Guest have access to the grilling and hangout area right behind the house in the red building. This building is heated and cooled which makes it the perfect spot year round for relaxing when you come in right off the trails to fire up the grill and kick back as you wind down for the evening. Inside the building you'll find two large tables, a sectional, plenty of seating, and a big screen TV. Outside, you'll find a cozy firepit, perfect for gathering around to share the day's adventures with your crew!🔥🍫



🔸Wifi:

Wifi is included and offers fast connecting speeds for multi-use connections. We regularly have multiple computers, consoles, and phones operating on the Wifi.



🔸Pets:

Pets are allowed at an added Pet Fee. 🐶🐾



🔸Parking:

There is plenty of room for all guests, however, should you need additional parking, this can be arranged at an additional cost.
