Checking, we have to wait 3 hours before we can check in. The buffet was cosed, not very many places to eat. At the steak restaurant they have to make reservation ahead of time. We ended eating only fast food. And long lines of waiting everywhere we went.

Our room had no hot water for the shower. Parking our car was an absolute nightmare and with kids made it that much more of a headache. I have no idea why there isn’t parking directly for guests staying at the hotel. Getting into the pool was a hastle. To even get in for free even though we were staying there we had to get a players card. Also one of my kids forgot a hoodie at the bowling alley and since we left on Sunday and they weren’t open yet none of the employees were willing to help us find it. She just looked to see if it was logged and gave us no other information besides it doesn’t open until 11. We did not feel very accommodated at all considering how much we paid per night to stay here and never felt like a guest.

Always a fun stay when we stay here with the fam. The renovations are top notch and definitely worth the wait for it to be done! Seriously impressed by the cleanliness everywhere you go on the casino floor, to the custodians to the housekeepers.. THANK YOU for always providing exceptional hospitality when it comes to attention to detail and keeping things neat no matter how many guests come and go.

Staff went above & beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! There was an issue with finding our reservation through Expedia. They worked hard to help resolve the issue. They worked on it while allowing us to go and start having fun. They kept us updated while remaining calm, professional, and friendly. We had an amazing night with family.

I did notice a used candy wrapper behind the night stand and behind the chair I noticed some sparkly garland pieces that were from previous guests. The check in and all other things were spectacular, the room cleaning could have used some work.

Pretty underwhelmed. The pool hours are very limited so don't expect to sit in the hot tub before 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. The staff is quite rude as well, I was sitting on a couch in the pool area and got kicked off because it was supposedly reserved, although there was no signage. Pretty frustrating. Parking lot is no where close to the entrance,which really does matter when it's 14 below.
