With space for up to 12-14 guests across two distinct dwellings and two vintage Airstreams (summer months), this forested compound offers privacy, comfort, and flexibility for group getaways.

The Neighborhood:

The Welches community in Oregon is located between the Sandy and Salmon Rivers, making it a recreational paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The area offers a wide range of activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, and golfing.



One of the popular bike routes is the Old Salmon River Trail, a scenic course for all levels of riders. Hikers can also enjoy a moderate workout on the trail. In the summer, the trail is a popular spot for swimming in the river. Golfers can enjoy a challenging round at the Resort at the Mountain, which features three nine-hole courses: Pine Cone, Foxglove, and Thistle. The courses offer stunning views of the surrounding scenery.

Getting Around:

A car is necessary to explore the area. AWD or snow chains are recommended in winter. The roads are plowed regularly, and parking is free on-site.

• No parties allowed — max of 14 guests at a time and 4 vehicles on the property

• This is a multi-structure rental: you’ll have the entire property to yourselves
