Enjoy the proximity of everything the charming town of Wellfleet has to offer! Perched on the top of a hill, this sweet newly-renovated private cottage overlooks a lovely garden. Walk down the hill (.1 miles) to Mac's Shack, 1.1 miles to Mayo Beach, and .4 miles to the ever essential Wellfleet Market (and the other shops) in this seaside village. It's just 3.5 miles to the breathtaking ocean beaches.
Step into this private cozy cottage to the living area. A pretty daybed graces this room, lots of windows! The full kitchen is steps away, all open area, brand new appliances. There is an area for dining, three chairs. Recessed lighting. Upstairs is the bedroom with the queen bed and newly renovated bathroom, vaulted ceilings, very cozy! This sweet cottage is the perfect getaway. Close to town, a highly desirable location, yet is quiet and private.
Small dogs considered for a $100 fee.
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
