If this hotel was in the Wellington business district, a short twenty minute drive away, it would easily command double the price. Don’t be fooled by the surrounding area. Inside it’s spotless with generous sized rooms (and we booked the smallest), a huge bathroom, and little extras like a service towel for cleaning equipment. Staff are unfailingly helpful. Very quiet despite proximity to busy roads. Laundry room and elevator.

I prefer to stay at this establishment. It is convenient to the facilities I require and the staff are great! Parking can be a little difficult when the place is fully booked and the size of the car you have is something of a factor with parking convenience.
