Outstanding property in the middle of Wellington CBD. Easy walk to good food and shopping. Wonderfully quiet in your room and the kitchen/laundry set-up makes it easy to refresh yourself and your packed clothes!

Our stay was very pleasant. The lobby is up on 4 on a busy street, but once you have that figured out – it’s a great location, in the heart of Wellington’s CBD. We were steps from the Wellington Cable Car, which gives you access to the Botanical Garden and Zealandia. Te Papa was a 15-minute walk away. I don’t know if they have food at the hotel, but we didn’t really check as there was loads of dining nearby. The hotel communication was great – they answered our questions beforehand and even offered to set up a bed in the additional room for our son. The in-room washer and dryer unit was handy for laundry. Rooms were spacious, clean, and climate-controlled; beds were comfy; hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Great, walkable location but it's dead quiet and insulated from street noise/craziness. We had a super easy and quick check in, friendly service and easy access. The room was clean with great amenities for a long stay - nespresso, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo with laundry detergent process -and a comfy room with a good bed/pillows, table and tv. Water pressure is great ad the hot water never ran out. Stay was great, especially for the price. Quest is reliable and consistent at a super affordable rate.

Very clean room, had all amenities outlined. The area was quiet and easy access to tram to Zealandia and Botanical Garden. Easy walk to waterfront and about 15 minutes to Cuba Street. I would definitely stay here again. I found the staff not very friendly.

Really nice Quest. Modern, well secured, and great location. The staff are really helpful and lovely as well. The only thing I'm marking it down for is the parking. The instructions provided were really good, but the facility.. the turns are atrocious and I scraped my sedan trying to get around one of them. I would advise unless you have a compact, to maybe sort other parking

Friendly, welcoming professional staff, quiet hotel and rooms that look relatively new - location is top knotch in the middle of town between shops - also near a Chemist warehouse and a Woolworths supermarket. An easy 15min walk to Wellington Train Station for regular walkers and also to the Cable Car station. The room is well stocked, super comfy bed and very handy to have a washer and dryer in it. Could not fault this place - it’s secure and safe with room swipe card access only - so much better than what I expected and definitely highly recommend !!

Friendly staff, nice room, good amenities. There was one area in the bedroom that was “sticky”, like gum had been on the carpet. We were too busy to worry about it and just covered the small area with a tissue. TV choices were limited and instructions on how to use your Netflix account was nothing like I’ve seen before. It would be nice to have explanation available in the room.

Immaculate apartment not too far from the centre of Wellington. The entrance is easy to miss on the main road but once inside and in your apartment, you will not be disappointed. Everything you need for am enjoyable stay, all cooking and washing facilities in your room.
