Staff on arrival were not bothered - we had made a request three times and the hotel reservations team never responded. When I questioned this at reception I was told that’s reservations they don’t work here (as though im suppose to know that). We had booked a king room and was given two single rooms. Room was basic. Nothing special with simple amenities. You can’t control the aircon it just remains at one temperature the whole time. Hotel rewards said we were suppose to get a bottle of wine with the stay. That never eventuated or offered (false promises). Overall a real disappointment with hotels.com promise and the Travelodge. Very basic and poor service.

Fantastic location. Close to TSB Arena and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Clean room. The check-in staff member was not that engaging or warm even though we tried to chat with her. The check-out staff member was very friendly and engaging.

We had requested 3 single beds (twice ) but on arrival found we’d been allocated one double and one sofa bed. Had to be moved to another room. 3 beds made up but only 2 chairs. Phone not working. And no information regarding internet password. Helpful staff who addressed our issues.

Not Recommend !!

The hotel appears to be a retro fitted office building, the restaurant and bar are in an odd location and not very welcoming, the only saving grace was the barman. The rooms are not individually air conditioned and were hot and stuffy, particularly my room which was west facing. The person on the reception desk that checked us in was fine with us but down right rude to the people in front of us This is not a hotel I would recommend !!!
