The apt (suite) was really cute for the money. It was so close to oquinqut but not in the full traffic. Quiet room and stay. Only feel it needed a serious update from 1980s decore. But it was VERY clean. And the ocean view was not of a beach or ocean. But of the marshes the property over looks. I would stay here afain

This a a sweet little place with a long history in town. It's close to great restaurants and just a mile to Wells Beach. It was clean and affordable for our off season stay.

Loved it was across from Congdons and walkable to Mike's Clam Shack our favorite restaurant. Host was very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Will become a new favorite.

Clean and quiet

Very clean; had a queen suite; two night stay with comfortable queen bed, separate kitchenette with full size frig, dw, dinnerware etc. Very quiet in a good location with a really nice view. Didn’t use the outdoor pool.

When we first walked in, it smelled like a nursing home. Mattress was horrible. Rolled into middle. Room was hot, ac was just intermittent. Our fault we didnt see small sign about dirty dishes. Cost us $25 for 2 dirty coffee cups left in sink. There was a small mud hole near stairs to our room. Overall, overpriced for what we got. Stayed in much better places in Maine.

Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I went for a quick overnight getaway, we immediately regretted only being there for a night. We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. So clean, kitchen has dishes and utensils already there and a dishwasher. The view when you step outside is gorgeous!! We will definitely be staying again and even said we want to do a week for vacation possibly next year and this is where we’ll stay! There’s restaurants galore and the famous Congdon’s Donuts & Scoop Deck right across the street and a grocery store around the corner and it’s a 5 minute drive to the beach. Picture is the view when you step out, I didn’t take any pics of the room, just video which I can’t do on here but TRUST me!
