Step inside our charming cabin and discover an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living area. With three inviting bedrooms featuring comfortable queen beds, along with a well-appointed bathroom, our cabin ensures a restful stay for all. Rainy days are easily brightened with a selection of provided yard games, family games and family-friendly DVDs, complemented by the cozy entertainment options of a TV and DVD player.

Your access to the entire cabin provides a secluded sanctuary along the picturesque Chemung River. Embark on an adventure along the scenic 7-mile walking trail between Wellsburg and Elmira, discovering the wonders of the surrounding area. Fishing enthusiasts can obtain the necessary permits and delight in casting their lines in the river`s abundant waters. Walleye, Trout and Bass are plentiful in the river around the cabin. Conveniently located boat launches in Elmira and Wellsburg offer easy access for kayaks, canoes, jet skis, or fishing boats. And for a seamless transition to any river activity, a staircase adjacent to the deck provides effortless river access.

To ensure your convenience, I recommend parking at the Wellsburg Exit. Find three dedicated spots in front of the gate, with an additional spacious parking area just across the bridge. A leisurely 1.5-mile stroll or bike ride from there will lead you to the cabin. Alternatively, if you bring a golf cart or a small off-road vehicle, you can drive in from the gate for added ease.

No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance, sons and cleaners. I will be available if needed.

Peaceful, tranquil Cabin. Only Cabin located on the leisurely, easy walking 7-mile walking trail. Easily accessed off Route 86 between Wellsburg and Elmira. Completely secluded from the rush and busy world. Relax, Rest and get back to nature.

As you embrace the serenity of this secluded haven, it`s essential to note that the cabin is nestled amidst wildlife-rich surroundings. Keep in mind the presence of bears, bobcats, raccoons, and other creatures. For safety reasons, please refrain from leaving any garbage or food items outside at night. If you have little ones in tow, exercise extra vigilance near the river, as there are numerous paths leading down to its tranquil waters.

Please keep the place tidy. Clean up after yourself. If you bring a pet: make sure to clean up after it, inside and out. There is a walking path so please keep your dogs on a leash and expect some people to pass by. Dispose of the poo properly.
No smoking inside the unit but there is a porch outside if needed.
No overnight guests without my approval.
Check-out is at 11 am. Upon leaving, please be sure the unit is tidy, all dishes are washed and back into the cupboards and all food has been put in the garbage. The garbage has been taken out and placed in the garbage cans located in the basement. Makes sure all linens are accounted for: 2 towels, 2 washcloths and one hand towel per room plus the bed linens. If you used extra blankets please put them back where you found them. Place keys back into the lockbox so my cleaners can get in to prepare for the next guest. Please make sure all doors and the lockbox are locked and secured. Have fun and Enjoy your stay!
