Sofa bed was horrible, the sofa was very old and mattress was falling off the springs. The water from the shower was squirting outside of the tub therefore there was water all over the bathroom. The original beds were soft and breakfast was good. Customer service was great overall.

We had just arrived and checked in late staff knew ahead of time we would be late check in. Not even in our room for 30 minutes and we’re getting a phone call that someone complained we were being to loud screaming and stomping which was actually the people across from us I did not even want to argue so I apologized to the front desk even though when arriving there was a group of people in the lobby being loud. Went to the gym here and there was only 3 pieces of equipment which was unsatisfying. There breakfast was good though
