The property wasn't a bad stay. There was some issues with our first room, water running sound and lights wouldn't turn on. They gave us a new room after a little pressure. The breakfast was mediocre. There is not alot of options. Others we've stayed at had hard boiled eggs, sausages, pancakes, muffins prepackaged so you can take back to your room. This one didn’t have any of that. The hot tub would be better if it had jets and not just 3 little ones with two not working. All just knit picky things. Would stay again here if I had to. All in all a 3 star stay in my families opinion. Even my 8 year olds had the same complaints.

Our tv was not working and they came to fix the issue very quickly. More fruit choices on breakfast bar would be a nice addition. Front desk staff at check in and this morning were very helpful and friendly.

Stinky, bug in bed, refused to refund

If the disgusting smell as you walk through the front door doesn’t take you out then the give it time because that smell doesn’t go away. It’s on all floors and inside the room. We walked into our room found a bug in the bed, a weird fluid that looked like something produced to make babies…. And boogers on the comforter. When I asked for a new room they told me thier house keeper already went home (it was 4:30pm) and all the rooms were booked. I then had to book a totally different hotel and they refused to give me my money back. I will not risk bringing bed bugs home or let my kids sleep in nasty bedding.
