Tämä upea ylellinen talo 4. 5 hehtaarin vieressä Brook (siis nimi Brookhouse) rakennettiin ja kalustettu vuonna 2012 huippuluokan kalusteet / kodinkoneet / liinavaatteet. Kiinteistö on ammattimaisesti ylläpidetty luksusvuokrauksena. Talo on nopea 5 min ajomatka Mount Snowin Kärntenin alueella, jossa uusi klubitalo avaa vuonna 2018 talven.
TALVI:
5 minuutin päässä Mount Snowin Kärntenin tukikohdasta tai noin 10 minuutin päässä Mount Snow -pääkerroksesta. Se on Haystack Mountainin lumikenkäilyä, hiihtoa. Täydellinen paikka lumikenkereille, kun olemme oikein Haystackin vuorilla ja myös VAST-polulla. Pysäköintipaikka moottorikelkkareille. Zoar Outdoor Wilmingtonissa, VT tarjoaa kaikki talviaktiviteetit. Talo on myös vieressä 2 hevosta lisätä VT tunnelmaa. Tämä on tapa, jolla ylellinen VT-elämä on tarkoitus olla ...


KESÄ:
Raponda-järvi ja Whitingham-järvi ovat noin 10-15 minuutin ajomatka. Molemmilla on kauniit rannat. Zoar Outdoor tarjoaa runsaasti toimintaa kesällä ja talvella, Wilmington VT: ssä. Harriman-säiliö tarjoaa venevuokrausta. 40 minuutin päässä Charlemont, MA koskenlaskuun. 40 minuutin päässä Bromley Mountain zip vuori, vuoristo lasinaluset ja muut perheen toimintaa. 40min Manchester, VT pistorasiaan ostoksille.

Jokaisessa Master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone, suuret kaapit, kaasu takanat, TV / WiFi talon ensimmäisessä ja toisessa kerroksessa. Kellarissa on suuri leikkihuone, ylimääräinen Smart TV ja kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on 4 kerrossänkyä ja kylpyamme, pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Kaikki sviitti sängyt ovat ylellisesti varustettuja 800 kierretiheys Frette Sheets, myös Frette kylpypyyhkeet kylpyhuoneissa. Kaikki alas tyynyt ja peitot ja poreallas, joten voit rentoutua hiihtämisen jälkeen.

Keittiö on varustettu Viking-laitteilla ja -aterteillä, pannuja astiat viihdyttää jopa 16 henkilöä tyylillä. Myös puulämmitteinen takka lisää tunnelmaa. Pihalla on kaksi piknikpöytää ja palo kuoppaan. Ja kylpytynnyri takaisin kannelle. Runsaasti palopuuta.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Green Mountain National Forest. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille poreammeen ja keittiön.

Picture-perfect Thanksgiving

Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. Lots of room

9 of us who have known each other between 60 and 30 years met up to talk and make sure our connection to each other stays solid. Every family had their own bedroom and bath and we spent hours at the dining room table talking. It was great.

Wedding Weekend

We were in Dover for a wedding at the nearby Hermitage Inn. The property was so convenient to all the activities, literally a 2 minute walk. My entire family was able to be together and not only enjoy a fun wedding but our downtime was so relaxed and enjoyable too! The house is stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear and toys and children plates! The yard was large enough for the kids to run around and have a great time. We each had our own mini suite with bathroom which was so convenient. With two living spaces we never felt like we were on top of each other, but large enough that we could gather for meals and just some down time after the kids went to bed. Close enough to stores and restaurants also! We had a great weekend without stress thanks to the thoughtfulness of the owners and their property! Highly recommend!!

Great Location for Multiple Families with Kids

4 Bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus a huge finished basement with bunk beds for kids. In the summer it's clearly not used that often and could benefit from a little TLC but overall an amazing space for large groups.

Beautiful House & Location

This is our second time to stay at the Whitehouse. Great for family vacation! 4 adult children & their families! Plenty of room! We are already planning our trip to Vermont to the Whitehouse for next year! Would highly recommend!

AMAZING Family Vacation

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8 adults and two little ones (1 and 3). The downstairs bunk rooms, playroom and bathroom worked perfectly for the kids and their parents. The 3 year old said several times "I love this house." The rest of us had very large and nicely appointed bedrooms with en suite baths. Plenty of paper products and bath products were provided. The kitchen was AMAZING and very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved having coffee out on the covered porch in the morning. We used the fire pit one evening, which was really fun. The kids had lots of outdoor space to explore and really loved the swing in the back of the house. The entire house was very well appointed and VERY clean. We are looking forward to having the chance to come back here again in the future. Thank you to Alex for a beautiful property.

Family Weekend

We enjoyed the Brook House very much. We loved having 4 master bedrooms & baths. The 2 bunk rooms were wonderful for the kids. The location and property were great. Our family of 8 adults & 2 kids had plenty of space. We enjoyed that the owner provided a nice bag of Breakfast Blend ground coffee for the coffee maker! Our family is talking about coming again next summer with one more family and 2 more grandkids! Thank you to Alex!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, and spacious home. The beds were very cozy, bedding and towels were great quality and soft. The kitchen, living room and den were wide open and great for our large family to prepare dinners and relax together. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses, silverware and sharp knives (something we all noticed! haha) for a big group. Loved the front porch to have coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. The house has a lot of outdoor privacy along with offering a lot of activities nearby (listening and walking in the stream out back was a family favorite spot). The property manager Claudia was very attentive while at the same time giving us our privacy. She is awesome! We loved our time in Vermont and hope to return for a future vacation!

Lovely Stay

My friends and I booked this house for weekend getaway and we absolutely enjoyed it. The house has beautiful outdoor yard so serene which kids and dog thoroughly enjoyed. The house was very clean and well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful. Grocery store, restaurants and activities are in good proximity. I would definitely recommend this house to others.

The house is great to host a group, we had a number of children and they enjoyed sleeping in the bunk rooms. The house is well appointed and the grounds are beautiful. I hope to stay here again someday!

Summer Getaway

My family and I had a beautiful stay at this home for our summer getaway. Walking into the house we were in awe of how everything down to the furniture was incorporated into the nature surrounding the home. The pictures don’t do justice to how nice this home was kept up with. An amazing view of the mountains was just outside the window. There were plenty of bedrooms for couples as well as bunk beds for the kids. On one of the rainy days there the kids stayed occupied in the spacious playroom. The kids loved running around in the yard and walking down along the stream in the back. About 10 minutes away from the house was a beautiful lake to swim/jet ski. Not to mention stores & coffee shops all within a 10 minute drive as well. The host & house keeper were very attentive and had great communication. I absolutely recommend this home for any time of the year especially for a big family trip.

Very nice property

The grounds and house are very nice and well kept. We had a couple of minor issues with the well alarm and a broken faucet. However, the property manager responded immediately and took care of it. The owner (Alex) even called me to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this property to future renters.

Amazing!

After more than a year of not seeing close friends we met at this home to reunite for the first time since the start of the pandemic. We had a wonderful time and this home comfortably slept 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids are already begging for a return to the same location next year. Can’t thank Alex and the team enough. We loved our stay!

Beautiful spot/Some issues

Before arrival, we changed our minds and decided to bring our kids. At that point, 2 days before arrival, we were informed of an “extra guest fee” for any guests over 10 people. This was not explained in ANY of the paperwork I received. When I voiced my concerns, they are not dealt with kindly or appropriately. While that wasn’t the best way to start a trip, we arrived with an open mind. The house is in a beautiful location but there were some issues. It was not ready and cleaned when we arrived. It was ready 3 hours late. Garbage from the previous guests was left in bags on the floor of the garage rather than in bins. When I asked about the garbage, I was told pick up in Vermont is once a week. I’m not sure this is a reason to not have enough garbage bins. All in all, my group had a great time, but I would hope that future groups are made more aware of the costs and quirks of renting this property.

getaway with friends

We had an awesome time at this place. The location is great for spending time with friends and worked great for a group of 16, with 3 dogs. Lots of space to play and run around, with a lake and trails nearby. The evenings were beautiful and the nights were so serene sitting by the fire. Overall the house is very spacious, but the caretakers have overlooked a few things. There were not enough towels for all of us and toiletries were lacking in some bathrooms. There was lots of firewood but not a lighter nor matches, so we ended up buying a lighter. The bedrooms had lamps with no bulbs in them, and the most confusing of all were the window A/C 's in the bathrooms...and not the bedrooms? The kitchen was well stocked but we had issues with the sink disposal. Contacted customer service, who put us in touch with the owners, who were very helpful and gave us suggestions about spots around the property, which were great. we had a great time at mirror lake which Alex suggested and was just 5 minutes away. Overall, we would def. go back as the place is great, lots of things close by. We had a great time!!!

Lovely Summer Stay

Our group of nine had a great four days at Brook House! The house was very clean with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. We took full advantage of the beautiful grounds that surround the house with dinners outside on the picnic tables, great hikes, and some s'mores by the fire pit. A lovely time overall. Highly recommended for a Summer weekend!
