The property includes four private one-bedroom suites, making it an excellent option for couples, extended stays, and guests traveling together. Many guests attending events at nearby venues like The BRIX on the Fox choose to reserve multiple suites for a shared experience while still enjoying private accommodations.



Each suite is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable living area, king-size bed, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a spacious bathroom with high-end finishes.



Guests also have access to outdoor spaces including a wraparound porch and backyard seating area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the charm of the neighborhood.



Access to the property includes a short set of exterior steps from the street to the front entrance. This suite is located on the first floor with no additional interior stairs required.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that due to the historic nature of the property, there is no elevator. Suites 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, while Suites 3 and 4 are on the second floor and require one flight of stairs.



Each suite is a fully private apartment with its own entrance.



We offer a 10% discount for 7-night stays and a 20% discount for stays of 30 nights or more.
