This was a perfect place for my son and I to stay while visiting my daughter and her family for the holidays. The place was roomy enough that my son and I had our own space, and practical so that we could cook our meals and watch movies together. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home. Caitlin was a wonderful host and answered any questions I had. She gave suggestions of things that my son might enjoy doing while we were there. Overall a wonderful experience and we would love to stay here again the next time we come back to visit.

Clean and Comfortable

Wonderfully clean with no covering fragrances. Nice mattresses on both beds. Everything works (fixtures, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, garage door). Location certainly is not bad, gets 4 of 5, but the duplex is only a block from a busy high school.

It is a nice clean quite property. It was the first time I have had to strip the beds and wash the towels before leaving. Yes, to washing your dishes and taking out trash. There was a Ring door bell and my sister said she though we were being watched. Lots of rules.
