The cabin is fully equipped for comfort and features thoughtful amenities for both kids and pets. Ideal for staycations, families with kids or small groups.

- The cabin sits on 5 private, fully fenced acres — feel free to roam and explore!
- You’ll have full access to the entire property, except for the Owner’s Closet (inside the house) and the Garage and Detached Shed (located outside).
- Ample on-site parking is available right in front of the house on a gravel driveway: Space for multiple cars, RV or trailer.

- 4WD or tire chains may be required during the winter.
- Cell service may vary in this rural area.
- The cabin currently does not have a generator, so electricity may be temporarily unavailable in the rare event of a power outage.
- A shared road runs through the property but is currently not in use.
- For safety, we have outdoor security cameras monitoring the front porch, backyard/vineyard, driveway, and garage/garbage areas. These cameras are for security purposes only and do not monitor private spaces like the interior or outdoor seating areas.
