My 90 year-old mother fell out of bed because the mattresses are old and out of shape and was tilted downward. The shower made a piercing noise so I had to take a bath. I did have to call Security 2 help me pick up my mom back on the bed. I notified the manager and they said because it went through Expedia there was nothing they could do so I’m asking to get a discount from what I paid. The hotel is beautiful. I would stay there again, but however, the mattresses are very old and lumpy.
The paradise Grill had excellent food.
The hotel rooms are very nice inside

The room was nice and very comfortable. However, we stayed for more than 2 nights and upon asking staff for extra towels and to make the bed the reply was this: we would be glad to bring you extra towels but we cannot make the bed for you. However, we can bring you sheets so you can make your own bed. Um, thats one of the reasons to stay in a hotel ...have someone else bring fresh towels and make the bed. I feel like I should get part of my money back for having to replace the sheets n bedding myself. Also a few doors down from us there was something like crumbs on the hallway floor. I figured the next day they would be gone, vacuumed up, but no they were still there upon our checkout. Definitely will never stay there again.

The room had contemporary style. Fairly generic but nice style. Plenty of sq ft room with a comfy bed. Climate control was responsive and not too loud. The biggest downside was restaurant prices. QUITE pricey. The food was good though. I bought a pint of 2% milk from the “Coffee Corner” just off the casino, $5.98 for a pint of milk. C’mon…
