Wadden dream cottage - 1st row to the sea - 180 degree view

A warm welcome to our dream cottage, situated in a stunning location right on the Wadden Sea. Enjoy a panoramic 180-degree view of the Wadden Sea—pure nature at its finest (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). This brand-new chalet features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a large kitchenette, and—most notably—floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to fully immerse yourself in the sights of the sea and the birds, as you are situated in the very first row facing the water. The chalet has been furnished in a cozy, "maritime" style. Our personal goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and cozy as possible—just as we strive to do in our other chalets—with a true "love for detail," as previous guests have noted. Savor the evening sunsets; the chalet itself becomes bathed in the vibrant colors of the setting sun. Come and see for yourself!

The terrace is generously sized, offering direct views of the sea. The property is fully fenced in.

Note on Costs:
Standard Fees (Included)
A cleaning fee of €100 is added to the rental price. This fee also covers the cost of bed linen.
For parties of four guests, the fourth person is charged an additional €15 per night.

Additional Costs (Payable on-site!)
Camping Zeezicht charges an overnight stay fee/tourist tax of €5.00 per person, per night, as well as a fee of €2.00 per night for dogs. These fees must be paid at the reception desk during your stay (no separate invoice will be issued).

Location:
Situated directly on the Wadden Sea.
Within easy walking distance of the Amstelmeer, where you can swim, windsurf, and sail. The site also offers amenities for children, including a giant jumping pillow, climbing equipment, and a designated swimming area, as well as an on-site restaurant and snack bar. Shops, restaurants, and snack bars can be reached by car in 5 minutes, or by bicycle along the dike (approx. 3 km).
The harbor at Den Oever is about a 10-minute drive away, and the long, beautiful sandy beaches are just a 15-minute drive. Den Helder, Texel, Alkmaar, and Amsterdam are also well worth a day trip. There is also a zoo and other activities nearby—just ask me for recommendations!
