Our stay at this hotel started off poorly as the kitchenette we had requested are not pet free rooms which created a problem due to severe pet allergies. We had pack significant amounts of food knowing we had a big fridge. We were routed to a room with a King bed and dirty pullout couch. Lost food due to inadequate fridge space. Chair in the room was in deplorable condition! Holes in armrests!!

It was a nice clean room. Pool was great for our 4 yr old. Only down side was the other group of kids that were there with team sports were overly loud shouting in the halls after 8pm, which made it hard for our girl to sleep

Good facilities; Furnishing need attention

The desk and housekeeping staff are very good. The beds are comfortable and the linens crisp and fresh. The old arm chair in my room needs fixing or replacement; the back is held in position only by pushing the chair against the wall. Not sure if it is intended as a recliner or just broken. Either way, it needs attention. The toilet wobbles so much that someone (unsuccessfully) attempted to stabilize it by inserting a makeshift wedge. These are pretty basic things that need attention. Otherwise a comfortable stay.
