Hotel was good, our room decoration poor, curtains and furniture poor.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was plentiful and good variety, good value for money
Reception very good and helpful
Hotel position for sea front and harbour excellent
The location is great and the staff friendly but that’s about it. We got one of the family rooms that is yet to be renovated and it wasn’t nice. Firstly there was brick dust like someone had been drilling on the bathroom floor and my six year old stepped on a screw in bare feet! Luckily wasn’t hurt and the guy we spoke to was shocked and said he had checked the room. Personally I see it as a problem that they didn’t know A. Who had been in the room and B. Why. It was cleared up and we were told we could have a free drink. The wardrobe doors didn’t slide and just got stuck. The bed was so soft to the point where if one of us moved it felt like we were on a boat. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent and hot water took 7-10 working days to appear. We also got a room with a view of nothing but a scaffold covered roof. The WiFi took about an hour to actually connect. Also if you’re in one of the further away rooms it’s quite a way to walk from the lift with more stairs so be clear of you don’t want stairs involved. I wouldn’t personally stay here again and if you’re planning to then ask for an updated room! For over £100 for one night we were very disappointed.

My Sunday night in Weymouth
Bed too small, pillows too small. No view whatsoever. Continental breakfast only at additional cost. Used the lift to the first floor but still too many steps. Staff polite and helpful, bar prices a little on the high side. No parking facilities, not a lot of use when you have a disability.
Loved the location, right on the front with a sea view. Can watch the world go by on the beach.

Checking staff was great, evening staff were more interested in chatting to mates than anything else, bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor and the pillows where flat. I did book for my wedding anniversary but we will never stay there again a recommended others to stay somewhere else .

Nice hotel, right on the beach front so convenient for our stay. Parking was a bit tricky but the multistorey wasn't too far a walk and reasonably priced due to the hotel. Room was nice for a family but the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom was decent enough and the shower/bath was pleasant after a long day. My only complaint would be the need for a new shower head. Staff were all really helpful during our stay. There is food/drink available at the hotel with a nice seating area out the front with live music at times.
The property was ideally situated for our needs. The hotel itself was in the refurbishment process. Rooms a little bit tatty.
We were already staying at the hotel and decided to extend our time. We booked a premium double room expecting it to be better than our original standard twin room but was quite disappointed.
The staff were very helpful and friendly though which made the experience better.
Good location for the [nicer] part of Weymouth. But VERY disappointed with out twin bed room [ 276 ] Shabby chic but missing the chic.Toilet seat scratched. Toilet roll holder not functioning. Drab wallpaper scratched. A very sad room. There must have been better we could have been given.
Staff very friendly but unlike other local establishments , the bar - if you wanted it - closed early - around 9pm.
Breakfast was what you would expect for less than a fiver. But the advert of ''fresh fruit' was oxymoronic.
Parking is a nightmare all year around.
The hotel staff are lovely. The hotel is slowly being modernised. We decided to stay an extra night and was able to experience an updated and quieter room which was lovely
Both rooms were clean and tidy.

Solo trip, okay to crash for a night or two..
The hotel is right on the sea front, 1 minute to the beach & town, so it’s location is pretty spot on.. I was stayed 1 night & it was okay.
Was upgraded to a lovely sea view room. South African chap on reception very friendly and informative. Everything was great. Didn't partake of it but their continental breakfast at £4.95 seemed to represent excellent value for money. Excellent range of tea/coffee left in our room too.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They have food and a selection of alcoholic, non alcoholic and te and coffee. The food is amazing, my favourite was the truffle and parmesan cheese chips.
Not good. Dirty room and the most uncomfortable bed. Checked pillows to make sure they weren’t wooden slabs.
Only good thing was location.
And very expensive for such poor accommodation.
