The door could easily be pushed in even when locked. The heated floor in the bathroom didn’t work. Our room was right above an area where renovations were being done. This resulted in noise and odours that were unpleasant.

The views were so beautiful no matter which window you’re looking out of. The fireplace just made it extra cosy, 100/10 stay and will recommend to everyone to stay here atleast once. Definitely something to add to the bucket list. The shuttle service was also very nice and convenient, all staff were very friendly!

The staff were amazing! The room was clean overall though we did have to have one item addressed which was handled quickly and efficiently. Overall the property was in excellent shape, in a good location, and full of energy without being loud or overwhelming.

We’ve stayed several times at Nita Lake Lodge and always enjoy our stay. The Den Restaurant was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are currently renovating the lounge/cafe so there is construction during the day. We understand that it is planned to be completed before ski season. We will stay here again.
