⌂ One uncovered parking stall is included in the rental. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make sure to display parking pass for guest and visitor parking.
⌂ No smoking, no parties and no bikes permitted inside units. Minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ Base occupancy is 8 adults and max occupancy is 10 adults. The 9th and 10th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
