The Space:

Falcon Retreat is a stylish and quirky property with plenty of character. Located on Falcon Terrace, just a short stroll from Whitby town centre, this charming holiday home is set across three floors.



Upon entering on the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed into a bright and clean space. You’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining room on this floor, along with a bathroom.



As you walk along the hallway, the dining room is the first door on the right-hand side. This room has the same clean style which flows throughout the rest of the property. It features a navy feature wall and a dining table with seating for all guests. Artwork and smart furnishings adorn the walls creating a truly relaxing place to enjoy family meals and gatherings with friends.



The living room is a beautiful area with high-quality furnishings and a tranquil feel. Kick back and relax on the leather sofas. Turn on the flat screen TV and watch your favourite shows or watch the world go by from the large bay window.



The kitchen is light and neutral. The modern space is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, oven and toaster – so you’ll have everything you could need for your stay.



You’ll also find a ground floor bathroom which has a walk-in shower and an ultra-modern style.



Head up the stairs and you’ll find the main bathroom which has wow factor. A large, freestanding bathtub sits on one side of the room and there is a large walk-in shower on the opposite side of the room.



The first bedroom is located on the first floor. This room has a combination of neutral and dark walls with a duo of modern and traditional interiors. In addition to the four-poster king-size bed, you can make use of a single bed too. A large bay window in this room allows you to enjoy views over the Whitby rooftops.



Follow the stairs up to the second floor and here you’ll discover two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms are peaceful and elegant with the same stunning aesthetic as the rest of the house. Sloped ceilings, light colour schemes and luxury furnishings make both bedrooms into stylish havens where you can relax after a day of exploring Whitby.



The second bedroom features two double beds (one bed and a sofa bed) sleeping up to four people and the final bedroom is home to a double bed.



To the front of the property you can enjoy the small enclosed south-facing seating area whilst enjoying your morning cuppa as the sun rises or an afternoon aperitif.



Falcon Retreat is an ideally located, comfortable home for those looking to enjoy a group stay with loved ones.

The keys to Falcon Retreat can be accessed via a key safe box. Further details will be provided prior to check-in.



Free on-street parking is available outside Falcon Retreat and nearby on a first come, first basis.



One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Falcon Retreat per reservation.

Getting Around:

Whitby Train Station is located in the town centre and is a short five-minute walk away from Falcon Retreat. Whitby has direct services operating to locations across Northern England including Middlesbrough, Thornaby-on-Tees, Stockton-on-Tees, Billingham, Hartlepool, Seaham, Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Blaydon, Prudhoe and Hexham.



Whitby Train Station is also a terminus of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway where you can travel back in time on a heritage rail journey to the market town of Pickering, along with the countryside villages of Goathland, Grosmont and Levisham.



A number of bus routes operate in Whitby offering services to Guisborough, Leeds, Loftus, Malton, Middlesbrough, Scarborough and York.
