Nauti tästä kauniista 5 makuuhuoneen järvenrantakodista rauhallisella yksinäisellä yhteisöllä! Hiekkaranta (tai luminen) ranta ja lasten leikkikenttä ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä kanneltamme. Sisustus on sisustettu kauniisti, sängyissä on mukavat patjat ja keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ruoanlaitto-pyrkimyksiänne. Meillä on nopea internet, kaksi suurta televisiota, Xbox ja biljardipöytä viihdettäsi varten. Olemme kätevästi lähellä kahta suurta moottoritietä ja olemme 10 minuutin päässä Jack Frost -hiihtokeskuksesta.

Keittiö
Sisältää liesi ja astianpesukone, astianpesukone, jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, kahvipavut ja kahvimylly, vedenkeitin, astianpesukone, leivänpaahdin. Kahvinkeitin ottaa jauhettua kahvia.

Viihde:
Televisiot: Olohuone 65 "TV, Master makuuhuone 55" ja sisältävät Netflix- ja HBO-streaming-tilit. Siellä on myös pääsy Samsungin tarjoamaan live-televisioon. Vieraat voivat myös kirjautua sisään omaan Hulu-, Showtime- tai muuhun laitteeseen.

Biljardipöytä: Erillisessä huoneessa on biljardipöytä.

Xbox: mukana tulee ohjain ja sisältää seuraavat pelit: Fortnite, Sea of Thieves, Minecraft. Pelit ovat järjestelmässä. Vieraat voivat ladata lisää pelejä tai kirjautua sisään myös omalle tililleen.

Kylpyhuoneissa:
On kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja puoli kylpyamme. Puoli kylpy sijaitsee alakerrassa ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta yläkerrassa. Kaikissa suihkut sisältävät vartalopesu, nestemäinen käsisaippua, shampoo ja hoitoaine sekä wc-paperi.

Grilli: Meillä on grilli patiolla. Meillä on propaanisäiliö, jonka yritämme pitää täynnä, mutta joskus se loppuu. Voit täyttää sen uudelleen huoltoasemalla lähellä.

Lämmitys: Meillä on keskuslämmitys, jota ohjaa päätermostaatti olohuoneen ja keittiön välillä. Tarjoamme myös lämmittimiä jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, jos joku pitää siitä lämpimänä.

Jäähdytys: Kesäkuukausien ilmaa on kesällä, vaikkakin sitä tarvitaan harvoin, kun otetaan huomioon viileä Poconos -tuulta.

The house was located in a perfect location just as advertised. The host was nice enough to accommodate my four dogs which I was thankful for. My family as much as the dogs enjoyed the home, hammock, lake, pool table, fire pit, hot tub, but most of all the deck. There is something to do for all ages. My son enjoyed fishing from the trails. I personally enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck. The neighbors were nice. It was a perfect mini vacation to reset from the busy daily worklife. A very peaceful, safe, and clean neighborhood. I will definitely stay again.

The property looked as pictured. Kitchen has a decent amount of items needed for an extended stay. Bring your own can opener if that's something you would need during your stay. If you plan to stay in this lake house and want to utilize the lake, this is not the property for you. Once we were there we were informed that renters are not permitted to use the lake. No kayaking or canoeing allowed. This information has been conveniently overlooked in several places of the property description.

What a view!

We stayed in this home for a week in June and had a wonderful time. It had all the comforts of being at home and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the deck but unfortunately only was able to use it a couple of days since it rained most of the week. Great communication from owners. Hot tub was awesome.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat

Came here for Spring break with my parents, my husband and my kids and the location was excellent. The kids loved having the playground right behind the house and there were some very nice paths to walk around the two lakes. Check-in was very streamlined and Igor was extremely responsive and they provided very thorough instructions. My father has limited mobility and the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for his needs and he was still able to enjoy the view from the lake from the house and the backporch. House was just as it was listed with linens, towels and plenty of toilet paper provided! However like others mentioned it would be good to bring a few more of your own towels if everyone is planning on going to the beach or using the hot tub. That being said the double washers/dryers were super convenient to have! Overall we had a lovely trip and would recommend this house because of its lakeside locale!

Lake House retreat

Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. Only one communal TV, the other TV was in the master bedroom. We would book again now that we know what to expect.

Family Weekend Fun

We had 3 families in the house. The house came with lots of supplies, which is nice. The pond and beach were very nice. We enjoyed all the amenities this house has to offer. Shaded basketball court, playground, baseball field, etc. This property is in a great location.

Fantastic Lake House Stay

Spent a long weekend here for my best friend's bachelorette with 11 girls. This house was perfect for our group! AC worked well, beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. You cannot beat the distance to the lake, which had a nice beach, chairs, and the floating docks were fun! Igor was always available for any help we needed. The only thing I suggest is bringing your own beach towels as there aren't any provided, but the double washer/dryer combo was helpful with cleaning our towels often!

great setting for laid back vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the property is especially good for kids as there is a small playground and the sandy beach and lake were enjoyed by all. The house does have a cottage-y feel and is not totally updated but we were comfortable and it was very clean.

Winter Ski Weekend

Great location and property! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive as we prepared for our visit. The outside is TOP NOTCH! Our young children loved having a large open space to run around, a park in eyesight from the house as well as beach access! The inside was larger than it appeared in pictures and easily accommodated our family. Great location to ski resorts and an Indoor Water park for a wonderful winter weekend! Highly recommend it.

Snow Tubing Fun

The stay was amazing, our family stayed with 4 other teens and we had a blast. Getting to the hot tub was cold in the winter, so bring stuff to go downstairs and outside. The new shower was amazing, the shower in the masterbed room is small. We brought an extra TV there is only a tv in the living room and master bedroom. Tons of toilet paper, but could use a few more towels with the hot tub. The dinner room table was big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy. The pool table was on the smaller side which is fine to fit the room but difficult to play.

Weekend getaway
