When I arrived the heat was stuck on high, I left at 5pm and asked them to check the room and fix it, when I returned after midnight it was still on high and the room was unbearably hot, it didn't seem as though anyone had done anything. This ended up with me needing to repack and switch rooms at 2am. I should be refunded for this stay.

We had to change our reservations via Expedia. The hotel never received or acknoledged the changes. Upon arrival, they had no record of me, so we canceled the original reservation, made a new one. It took about 30 minutes after a very long drive. Also they added a $15 parking fee, a first, w/o notice. Hugely annoying.

The bad - The Pool & Bar were both closed, Maid service is every other day not helpful on 2 day stay, Appeared Construction was going on in Entrance way on day 2. And room next to us sounded like an unattended kid party was going on w/ screaming at the top of their lungs. Oh lets not forget about $15 a day parking surprise. Bonus was the Continental Breakfast we enjoyed that the most. If we had known amentities weren't available 24/7 up front we would have booked elsewhere.
