I selected my room through the Hiton app. When I arrived a the room I selected was changed. The location was iver booked, and the electro ic key wasn't sent until after I physically checked in. In addition there is an additional $116 pending charge on my account.

The desk staff were probably the best of any hotel I've ever been at. We had some issue with noisy children in the adjoining room on our first night and I called down and the person at the desk took care of it and the noise stopped minutes later. When it started again in the morning I went down to the front desk and without question, and a gracious smile, we were offered a new room that was quite quiet. For the price, this was a great stay. For triple the price, I would have wanted a hotel that had more sound proof rooms, a smart TV, and a working pool (it was out of order). Otherwise, everything else was great.

I booked this hotel because an indoor pool and hot tub were advertised. When I got there I was told it's no longer available for guests and had been leased to a swimming school. The whole reason I booked here was to access the pool so I can relieve my joints from hours of driving, I have arthritis. The listing should be updated to reflect the situation. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the drapes but fully closing, causing light leaks from outside at night which were distracting. The location is convenient for access to the Saw Mill Parkway, parking was easy, and the hotel is located in a corporate chain strip mall type complex with Starbucks Chipotle, a Look movie theater and sit down Asian, Latin and Italian restaurants.
