Very courteous staff and room was clean. Sheets smelled "bleachy clean". Elevator was broken, walls are pretty thin. I could hear trucks and voices outside - from 4th floor up - as well as toilets and voices from next door room. There was some type of air freshener that was overwhelming in the room. Complimentary Breakfast buffet was terrific!

Unfortunately was told there was no hot water. The hotel is located in Peekskill NY whereby temperatures are freezing. Having to work all day, sometimes the simple pleasure of taking a hot bath was denied. I was told, “hey…things happen….” Poor response. Awaiting to hear from manager. Hoping they can offer a better remedy to such an answer.

This hotel was perfect for our overnight. Exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfy. Check in was easy and all staff was very nice. Location was convenient. It’s not located in a “let’s go for walk on the sidewalk” area, but it is very quiet. So that works best for us. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
