Built in 2021, this stunning modern retreat provides a spacious open floor plan with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 14 guests. The amazing great room includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath â all accentuated by the soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable leather furnishings, including recliner sofas, an inviting gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The large slider door opens to the covered heated patio, where you can enjoy the breathtaking lake and mountain views. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove top and a double-door oven. You'll also enjoy an expansive center island with seating for four. The dining room features a table with seating for up to eight, all with gorgeous lake and mountain views.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and stunning views. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a heated towel rack, a soaking tub, and a large separate shower with double shower heads and multiple jets. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV; the private bathroom offers a shower. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
