We chose this hotel because it was near the location of an event we attended. The room was modern, comfy, and clean. The noise from the airport was a little distracting, but not enough to make us not want to stay again.

I didn’t stay here but am being charged for three rooms after I asked to have these canceled. This is robbery and I’ll never stay at another holiday inn express. You do not charge someone who never checked in!!!!!

The room was substandard. Bathroom was extremely dirty. Toilet had hair. Shower handle was almost black from grime and curtain rod kept falling down on one side. Tub would fill while showering every 2 minutes. Had to stop showering multiple times for it to drain. Elevator door sill was full of dirt and debris. Did not eat breakfast but it smelled rancid.

At check-in my request for handicap room apparently didn’t get through so we ended up with two standard rooms. The one my wife and 97 year old mother-in-law were in had a broken ac and one key for the other did not work. After walking back down to the front desk, they were able to fix that one. In the morning, the second key for our room did not work and they could not fix it at all because “ the computer is not working”. A terrible experience overall. The coffee tasted terrible, but at least it was hot. We won’t be back.

Pillows were better than Hampton Inn’s but I itched al night under the sheets. Not sure if they are washing with something harsh. Breakfast was what you get at all free ones. Iron didn’t work.

Close to airport, early plane noise

The hotel is close to the airport and this stay the planes were much noisier. Not sure if the flight paths changed but do not remember this issue in June.
