The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was small and overcrowded, but maybe due to the hotel being pretty full. The snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. It would be great if the pool was open later than 9. It was too crowded to enjoy.

Okay place to stay

The first room we were in the whole floor around the window was soaking wet. When i went down to talk to the staff, he said so you're just letting us know or did you want to change rooms. To assume we'd want to stay in a room with the floor soaking wet is ridiculous. Also they promote having a fire pit but when we asked about it they didnt have a propane tank to run it and just said well sorry. The room and beds were decent however we were in a suite and there's only one tv and you can only see it from one bed, not from the bed closest to the window or from the sitting area.

Hot tub was not hot at all. First room we were in the carpet was very wet (maybe an air conditioner leak?)- switched us to another room that room the tile was all busted up in bathroom and was lifted making walking in bathroom hard. Shower head was broke. Staff didnt seem to care.
