Outdoor pools are only open during summer months. Inquire about operating hours. Indoor pool is open YEAR ROUND from 10am to 10pm.

Summer rentals: Our condo patio opens up directly to the Centre Court pool when the pool is open. This is a wonderful convenience for our guests. Please ask us to view the Seapointe calendar for operating hours. The gate off our patio is locked when the Centre Court pool is closed.

Our favorite nature walk in the off-season (available year round):

Dune Trail - The Two Mile Beach Unit offers a 0.9 mile trail (1.8 mile round trip) which begins at the north boundary of the Refuge next to Diamond Beach and ends at the south boundary next to the US Coast Guard: Loran Support Unit. The trail traverses behind the beach dunes that host rare maritime forest habitat. Migrant songbirds are plentiful in spring and fall, as well as butterflies and dragonflies. This trail offers two access points midway through the trail, one off of Loran Drive across from the first parking lot, on the right, and another access point from the second parking lot, on the left. The second access point also offers disabled-accessible parking next to a boardwalk which leads to an observation platform overlooking the beachfront.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Five Mile Beach. Enjoy features like an indoor pool, a gym and a water park. The condo includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

Easter break vacay

The house was so clean and perfection location. Enough room for our family and close to the beach. Our son and his friend loved the indoor pool, park and basketball courts. We will definitely be making this a yearly spring break trip! The host were very accommodating and quick with responses. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Thanks for an amazing time!

Awesome stay

Came down for the ACWA Wildwoods National Duals with my two boys for the long weekend. Couldn’t ask for a better more convenient location. Property was awesome, clean and large with enough room for the three of us to come and get some rest after a long few days at the convention center. Check in was a breeze and the owners were so warm and welcoming, you can tell they take pride in their property and it really shows throughout. Will definitely look to stay here next year.

Great beach condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was clean, well appointed and had a super location! The direct access to the pools from the condo was very convenient and great for the kids. Pride of ownership in this community surely showed. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, and the private beach. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Seapointe Village’s Best!

This property is amazing! The unit is great - it’s well taken care of, beautifully decorated, so welcoming! Its location is wonderful! Close to the indoor pool, a short walk to the beach, drivable to the boardwalk. The owners are lovely to work with also which is a huge plus! Maria was so sweet at every interaction and went above and beyond to alleviate concerns about pool closures during our stay. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this property to anyone! My family of 4 had an amazing trip!

Sensational Seapoint Stay

Relaxing stay

It was a rainy weekend but we all had fun anyway. Playing board games, watching movies, etc. beautifully appointed condo. Perfect size for family of 4. Lots of options to do on premises if it was better weather…indoor pool and sauna, outdoor pools, basketball court, tennis court, gym, playgrounds and of course the beach. This place has everything you will need to have a great getaway.

We had a great time here! The house is cozy, clean, and inviting. The kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook, but plenty of nearby places to go for a meal. The beach is walking distance away, and there’s lots to do within the complex (many pools, basketball and tennis courts). Maria was a very responsive host!

Better than the Pictures!

Usually a rental does not look as good in person as it does in pictures BUT this one does!! We really enjoyed this home. The furniture was lovely and the home was very clean. The owners were very responsive and kind throughout the whole process! The gates neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and meticulous,nyet laid back and friendly! Would stay here again and recommend to others!

Great Rental in Seapointe

We really enjoyed this clean, tastefully decorated, and bright condo in a perfect location. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful and we absolutely loved being right at the pool. They do lock the door to the pool and then on the balcony to the three units that open into the pool area after closing time and until opening the following morning so just be aware if you walk out without phone and haven’t memorized the elevator and front door code. Rookie mistake haha. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Short but Sweet

Everything about this condo was perfect… it was clean, comfy and convenient to the beach and all that this area has to offer. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. The grounds are immaculate and there are several pools to choose from or take a short walk to the beach. Booking was easy and the owner was very helpful to make certain all details were covered. This is a wonderful area to visit and I hope to return again next year.

Mother/daughters week

The condo is very nice but small. the master suite is roomy and a nice bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin and is very tight. the beds are comfortable. Location is great. About a 2 mile walk to the Boardwalk and a 10 minute drive to Cape May. The pool was closed while we were there, but if opened, it would have been very nice. The property is lovely.

Great reset weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is located perfectly to the pool and to the playground. Although we did not get to enjoy the outdoor pool because of the dates we came visited. My grandchildren 2 and 4 year ols did have a blast....We would certainly enjoy visiting again had a great time. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated.

Perfect for family!

We enjoyed the quiet of Seapointe in November and the condo was perfect…clean, updated, comfy! It is literally next to the pool which is awesome for families with young and old kids. This location is set back so no view of the ocean but it’s within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay again!
