The hotel is great if you want to be in the busy section of the city. The free breakfast was very good but the selection was very small. The negative thing about this hotel is that the you will hear your neighbors through the walls. Another negative is sometimes the water in the shower failed to get hot. Overall though the hotel was good for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, less than 5 minute walk to the floating bridge and many dining options and a lot of shopping as you walk out of the hotel. There's also beach access across the street. The staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean.

I’ve stayed twice at the Element Hotel Curaçao while visiting the island for business, and unfortunately, this will be my last time. The property has declined significantly and no longer deserves its 4-star or VIP Access rating. During my most recent stay, several issues stood out: • Power sockets in the room were broken. • The mattress was completely worn out — no spring support at all, making it nearly impossible to sleep. • Corridor carpets were visibly filthy and in desperate need of cleaning. • Water pressure was extremely low. It’s disappointing to see a property under the Marriott name in such poor condition. Management needs to take serious corrective action. Future travelers should reconsider before booking this hotel — it’s far from the quality, comfort, and standards one expects from a four-star, VIP Access property.
