Enjoyed everything about the hotel. The only down fall in the 2nd floor Balcony rooms have obstructed views. The staff was great, this includes the restaurant and front desk staff. The location of the hotel is walkable to many things such as restaurants, shops, casinos, and night life. 9/10

The location can't be beat. The hotel is on the river close to the floating bridge and everything that Willemstad has to offer. The free secured parking in the city center makes it even better. We used the on site restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. The food and service were good and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The hotel has been updated and our room was very nice. That said, we had a room with a "balcony" and were disappointed with the location of the balcony rooms. The balcony rooms are all on the second floor and the balconies are actually on the roof of the restaurant and bar area. The view is ruined by rooftop solar panels that are on the roof of the restaurant which is higher than the floor of the "balconies". If we were to stay here again, we would stay in a room on the upper floors. The very top floors have vaulted ceilings and superior views. Unless you really need outdoor space from your room, skip the balcony rooms, especially since we paid a premium for the room.
