The staff was not very friendly. The carpets throughout the whole hotel were dirty. Trash cans near the elevators were full of trash the whole time we were there and it smelled bad. The room was dirty, top bed comforter looked dirty. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The elevator smelled like Marijuana and it smelled like someone in the room next to me was smoking Marijuana well. Nothing in the room was plugged in, TV, cable box, refrigerator all not plugged in. One of the worst places I've ever started.

Nice place but lacking on a few things like no hair dryer, bad quality pillows (only 3 skinny pillows per bed) I asked for 2 more pillows and they refused to provide them. I had to go to Walmart and purchase 2 pillows,,, mattress are not very comfortable. The rooms comes with a small stove/ burners but no pots and pans, when I call the front desk they told me “you need to buy them” (not rent them but buy them) smh… Next time I rather pay a little more and stay somewhere else like Homewood suites down the street.

It was just a very dirty hotel. Staff was very friendly, but the experience wasn’t positive. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, and there was a pungent smell of weed every day. Definitely wouldn’t choose this place again. Seemed very run down.

When we first arrived we have to wait 20 minutes before anyone showed up to the front desk. Once we got back to our room later that night my husband realized the bedsheets were dirty. We were given new sheets to put on the bed ourselves. The room had an odor. The overall hotel was creepy and it seems as if a lot of construction works stay at this hotel. The hotel needs serious renovations. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was decent, but this hotel has gone down significantly.

I can honestly say this was one of my worst hotel experiences, if not the worst and I travel a lot. First, the property is in disrepair and there were huge cracks around what was supposed to be the handicapped ramp which made it difficult to get my mother, who uses a wheelchair, inside. The luggage racks looked like they were from 1950, rusty, noisy, I barely wanted to touch one. Check in was smooth enough, but got into the room and the comforters were mis-matched, pillows were flat and the sheets looked dingy. A roach graced us with it's presence, running across the floor toward my bag which made me jump up to zip all of our bags in case he had friends. There was mold in the bathroom shower and hair and what looked like a blood stain on my mom's sheets when we pulled the covers back. At 8 am the next morning WELL before checkout time, a housekeeper opened our door without knocking and rudely asked us what time we were leaving. Final straw? We go to get breakfast, which we were told was available until 9:30, at around 9 and the entire breakfast area has been packed up and wiped clean. Some dude in a tshirt and shorts comes out of a closet saying breakfast is over and then, when he realized the time, said "Oh I'm sorry let me make you something." Naturally we refused, we just left and went to Cracker Barrel. I know this is a discount hotel, but I've stayed in many and this one was awful. Avoid.

Worst experience

The cost, room and location were everything I expected. Great. The issue is that the first night we awoke to find a hotel employee standing inside the room in from of my bed at 7:30am. Why would a maid and/or employee walk into a room without knocking, look at the guest sleeping at 7:30am? My wife is terrified. This needs to be address by upper management.

Stayed the night before new year's eve and had to listen to the family next to us from 10pm until after midnight. Family was loud, and that was very unnecessary. Heard a dog down the hall from our room also. Could not close the main curtain in our room, and you could see plaster on the ceiling in the bathroom and a rusted vent. We were suppose to stay new year's eve for our wedding anniversary but checked out early mainly because of the noise next door.
