Worth the Money

Check in was easy and quick. Even though we had a late check in the attendant was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was a little dated. They have a great continental breakfast in the morning with all the fixings. Overall, I think it was a great experience.

The first night we was there we wasn’t up the next morning for housekeeping to clean our room so they didn’t come back to clean it. Where I’m from if you’re still asleep when housekeeping come around, they will come back and clean your room.

The front desk clerk, Andre was very accommodating of our needs. His personality was warm and friendly and he cordially greeted us coming and going from the hotel. He made our stay most enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate booking another stay in this hotel.

Welcoming staff with great service at breakfast.

Breakfast attendant gets an A+++. My wife is disabled and she stepped in at least twice to help with a great smile. She deserves a great raise or promotion for he GREAT customer service. The registration clerk helped us identify where we were going to get a late dinner. There was only one concern -- The luggage trolley was difficult to push or turn and the wheels squealed when we moved it. I mentioned my concern to the front desk and was told they would have maintenance fix it tomorrow.

My bedding looked like it hadn’t been changed and when I called the location to confirm my stay the employee that I spoke with was rude. I told her no need for an attitude and she informed me that’s how she talks to ppl. I spent over $300 I should of stayed else where

This is our second time staying at this property. We were visiting Busch Gardens both times. The hotel is very easy to find and very clean. The breakfast was good. The gentleman at the front desk was kind to give me directions to some restaurants nearby.

Going into the hotel. It was nice and clean. The rooms in itself was clean as well. The one thing I must say is the smell was terrible inside of our room. It smelled just like mildew, no matter how much air freshener, we used, it still smelled really bad. They said this only happens in the summertime, because of how The AC is being utilized, other than that it was a good stay.
