Clean room, although when first going in since was across from pool smell was like chlorine but wore off. Breakfast same options as most hotels which suffice.

Average hotel with good breakfast and service

We're surprised this hotel has such a high rating. It was one of the more mediocre hotels we've stayed at. The entire hotel had a funky smell to it, in our room but even worse in the staircase and hallways. The two best things were the breakfast and the customer service. We had a noisy neighbour who had their TV on at full blast at 1am and the front desk was able to get them to turn it off upon request. The price was good but we don't know if we'd stay here again.

Clean, nice staff, excellent breakfast

The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly and professional. One aspect i really appreciated was the availability of coffee, tea, and hot cocoa in the breakfast area at all times. I would stay here again.

There were a few small ants noted at our table along the wall for breakfast. I notified the hostess and I did not see any sign of them the next morning at breakfast. The sanitizing wipes in the gym were dried out and the equipment couldn't properly be cleaned. Other than these observations our stay was good.

This was a very pleasant stay. Our first night we arrived and spoke to Raymond at the front desk who was very helpful and kind. If you have any questions or concerns, the staff are there to help. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re looking for an affordable stay. Water pressure was great. Breakfast had plenty of options. Beds were in fact not too firm as stated in other reviews.
