Regardless of the season or length of stay you will find something special to do here as you enjoy your time with family, friends, and loved ones. We have dozens of close by hiking and biking trails, and nearby resorts for skiing and snowshoeing. Check out our local vineyards and breweries, shopping or antiquing, or perhaps just sit around the fire. Soak up the sun and sand on our private beach or have your rod and reel and throw a few casts right from our storm wall and bring home dinner!

We could have not been more satisfied with our stay! The house was very clean, anything we could have needed was already supplied. The view of the water couldn’t have been more perfect. The neighbors were friendly, the location was great. It was a perfect relaxing weekend!

A beautiful camp on the waters of Lake Champlain! We couldn't have asked for more. Check-in was easy, responsive communications, well-equipped kitchen and all you can ask for comforts of home for a wonderful vacation. After 50 years of absence from a place (Lake Champlain) we used to call "home" in the summers of our childhood, our hearts are full! Thank you for sharing your camp!

We absolutely loved our stay. 3 families came together and we had a great time. The space gather inside and out was perfect. The game room was great for kids to play. And the living room upstairs with the view was great all day and night to take in the view and listen to the water. I know you aren’t responsible for this, but the weather was also delightful! We loved the beach and the yard. We went to a July 4th carnival, but actually missed the parade while we were hiking rattlesnake mountain. The neighborhood was quiet and understated even during July 4th weekend. And the neighbors were so kind and friendly, we had so many lovely conversations. It felt like a really special spot and we are excited to return.

Beautiful Home with Beautiful View

The home was beautifully maintained with stunning views. We slept six adults and three children (9,4, and 3) comfortably. Loved deck. Large dining room table was also a plus. Would recommend highly.

Family reunion

House on Lake Champlain

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and spacious with all the amenities of home. We had a very large group that occupied the entire house. Everyone we met was very nice and friendly. Access to Burlington, Plattsburgh and the surrounding area was easy. We recommend spending a bit of time researching Farmers Markets and Farm Stands. There are lots to see within a 30-40 minute drive. We’re already planning our return next year.

Camp on the Lake

Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. Many activities within the area. Lots for kids to do. We were close to the ferry to Vermont. Climbed a mountain. Camp was clean and accommodated all of us, plus. Foliage was beautiful! Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful House

My family has history in Willsboro so we were familiar with the area but had never stayed in this house before. It has beautiful views of the water. It has plenty of beds and linens. They provided coffee, sugar, filters, cookware, spices and basic needs like toilet paper and paper towels which was very convenient. Being from Texas, I was surprised to discover that this house has no central heat and air conditioning. I assumed it did, then verified it was not on the listing but we found it fairly comfortable without it. They have lots of light in the main living areas which are on dimmer switches and provided little fans in most of the rooms which is good because there are no ceiling fans in the house (again, it’s a Texas thing). I think we would stay again in the future and I have recommended this house to family who plan on visiting next year too.

Lovely weekend away!

The house is very cute and nicely done. The views of the water are beautiful. We had a fire each night outside and then, when it got later, came inside and started a fire in the inside fireplace - lovely! Our boys, ages 6 and 10, enjoyed fishing and playing foosball. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking/eating in. We would definitely consider coming back to stay!

Weekend on the lake

Our stay at the house was great. We had a group of 12 people stay at the house for a long weekend. The view is amazing and easy access to boat rentals near by we’re a bonus for us. Everyone had a great time.
