The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all trash and place in trash bin right next to cabin and secure tightly.
Wash used dishes and place in drying rack and leave next to sink (dish rack is stored in the pantry)
Turn off all lights, fans, lock doors, and close both cabin gates to front porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

- Firepit - Bring your own firewood/starter - No Pets allowed - No smoking, vaping, or e-cig use in cabin
- Maximum overnight occupancy is limited to 4 guests - Septic tank: flush only toilet paper, no food down disposal - Explore, but stay on trails
- No hunting allowed on premises - Quiet hours between 10pm and 6am - Do not tamper with security devices or Wifi - No ATV, dirt bikes, or RVs allowed
