Discover Wimberley charm from your upstairs cozy studio

Simple and quaint efficiency studio with private entrance located upstairs with your own entrance of owner's main home. Your lodging is within just a couple miles from the Wimberley Squares and shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails are within minutes of the beautiful village of Wimberley Texas. You can also enjoy swimming holes nearby and the Wedding Capital of Texas (Dripping Springs) is just 17 miles away.

PARKING: Parking can be in front of gray 2 story building OR in one of A Fit Plan fitness studio parking spots as they are the closes to the door you will enter in. 2 keycodes, 1 on main door and upstairs studio door.

NOISE: Quiet time is 10pm-7am. NO events or parties allowed.

EXTRAS: Homeowners live on the premises downstairs. Periodically they will invite the guest to join them for happy hour/social time by the pool. Pool is not open for use otherwise.

CAMERAS: We do have cameras located on the property.

There are NO cameras in the lodging unit.

FITNESS: A Fit Plan group fitness center is located next door. They specialize in group fitness classes. They offer classes M-F with first class of the day at 8am. www.afitplan.com for more info. If you are staying M-F you may hear the music during this time. Specials for GP on 12 guests will be supplied in your lodging. During June, July, and August there are Aqua classes available on certain days.

I’ve stayed in several VRBO properties or individually owned B&Bs… Rarely have we felt as “at home” as we did this past week-end. The host’s contact with us before we arrived was informative, detailed and friendly. The property was very clean and the extra amenities were appreciated… snacks, coffee, soft drinks, water, basic toiletries, etc. We visit Wimberley frequently and this will be our #1 choice from now on!

My partner and I enjoyed this property very much. The hosts Patty and her husband were very friendly and communicative. The studio was so beautiful and quiet. Was like being at home. The property is less than 10 min driving distance from the main Wimberley square and natural parks. Some wineries are less than 15 min away. I highly recommend this place!

It is a clean, quiet, and safe place for two people to stay. If you enjoy the outdoors, the Cypress Falls Swimming Hole, Blue Hole Regional Park, and 7A Ranch are just 6–7 minutes away from Patty’s house. A big plus is that the owner has a gym next to the house, offering various types of workouts. Just text her to sign up—it’s free!

Wonderful Place and Hosts

Check-in process was very easy and clear. Place is super cute and the hosts were very accommodating. We came for my partner's birthday and they even left her a small birthday gift in the room before check-in as a surprise. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Patty is an amazing host! The studio was super clean. Everything was well labeled so we knew what to do with towels, the ac/heat, dirty dishes, etc. she had cold drinks in the fridge and snacks in the dresser for us to enjoy! We expected a great play to stay and it exceeded our expectations! We definitely recommend it to anyone who visits the area! Patty was super responsive! The studio is located in a quiet location the is only 6 minutes to the center of Wimberley and close to other attractions in the area! You will not be disappointed!

Our Wimberley Getaway

We loved this studio. It was perfect for our needs and just a short ride to Wimberley Square and far enough out to feel the seclusion we desired. The room was perfect and the host provided us with all kinds of amenities to make our stay exactly what we needed. She also left us a gift in the refrigerator to celebrate our anniversary. We hope to return again and again. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from our stay in Wimberley. Patty greeted us upon arrival and was just a text away with restaurant recommendations, and helpful information regarding Wimberley and the surrounding areas. Patty the host was quick to fix a light issue I had. She made sure that I had everything I needed. It was an awesome trip and I would absolutely stay there again. I recommend this host to anyone.
