Loved our stay. Our room was very cozy, I loved the easy access to the fireplace and the s’mores kit was a nice addition. Will come back to try out the Lushna suites.

Seemed to be a lot of issues happening all at once- we witnessed one family have to leave because of an issue in their room. Several others with undercooked food or extremely long wait times. The staff also seemed to be constantly running all over the property. Rooms had very thin walls and floors. In fact, our room had holes in the floor that we could see straight into the basement. The main hotel seems to have some sort of mold issue or stench in the basement. On a positive note, the hotel does appear to have potential to be a great spot- the decor is very nice and the concept is there. Perhaps additional staff and organization on top of some more renovations would help.

This is an adorable hotel very close to the Mountain. You can’t beat the location. I would go back. Things we loved, the fireplace & smores, and that they had EV charging because there is none close to the hotel. It reminds of an ACE hotel thoughtful furnishings and minimalist decor. I would add lights to the walkway to the EV’s it was way too dark and a full length mirror to the rooms and a shelf in the bathroom and hooks. Minimal is my style but functionality always comes first. 🙏thank you for our stay.

This is an awesome hotel, especially if you can properly dedicate some time to leveraging its amenities. It's also super unique. Whenever i come here, I always wish I could stay longer, even if, provided you're staying at a kushna, you'll have to acclimate a bit to dashing in the cold between your room and the shower.

Not sure how there were "exceptional" ratings prior to our visit. We were in main building which is on a major road and noisy but they did provide ear plugs. Some mold in corner of shower and they must have well water because it had a sulphur odor. Parking was fine. Would not return.
