The room was in bad shape. The carpet had areas were is had no fiberw, the faucet wiggled, the room was very humid, the room wasn’t very clean however, the kids loved the playground and pool/slide which is the main reason to go however due to the atrium and playground the hotel stays noisy the entire night

Run down in the main areas, especially stairways. The coldest pool and pool area- basically unusable, which was a huge disappointment. Hot tub wasnt working and looks like thats how it is on the regular. Had 2 dogs and 2 kids and was placed on the third floor. Staff was okay, checked us in and our. Never bothered to ask if we needed anything or how my stay was when I checked out. Overall, I wont be going back. Mainly due to the cold and unusable pool area. Was planning 2 more trips back later this year as its close to my in laws and we are from out of town, but we may as well stay in windsor and take the kids to a playground.
