A comfortable stay.

Bed and room was comfortable. Only complaint was absolutely no furniture on balcony. Saw 1 person sitting on the floor. Pool slides are only for kids.

Its an older hotel and is slightly run down. Hardly any of the arcade games were in working condition. The pool was dated and dirty. Hotel room smelt like dirty hockey equipment.

Our room had a mouldy smell and it was dusty under the bed. We had not enough towels for the number of people but after we asked the stuff, they placed the towels in front of our door which they should not do either. On our first day we grabbed some coffee and noticed that the water in the machines was cold. Lucky to us the bar lady was kind to give us hot water.

The area the hotel is in has zero cell service. They say they have wifi but it doesn’t stay connected. When I asked the desk about it I was told it was probably not working because there was “a lot of people” there. I feel that the wifi should be able to accommodate a fully booked hotel. Other than that this hotel is very much average in rating. I could not find what the “plus” was here

Nice place for family fun. Did not like the fact that my granddaughter was not allowed to use the slides at the pool as she was too tall. She was very upset about this. Lots of other children’s amenities.

The pool was nice for the kids and the play area. The height restrictions is unfortunate on the water slides and that it applies for both slides and not just one of the slides. Over this hotel does the trick but it needs updating. It needs paint touch ups, wallpaper is peeling slightly in some spots and the rooms, especially the 3rd floor hallway smell like complete mold. It is an undeniable smell. Lobby is a good size, lots of seating. Parking was no issue. This hotel is not super close to ammenities but also not far as Leamington is not a large place. I also didn't like that there was no garbage can in the bathroom only a small garbage can in the room part. I would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice for cleanliness wise.

Kids loved the playground area and the water slide. The location was close to the National park and karting. Only downfall was that the building is starting to show age and it safe to say it is in need of renovation.

There was nothing terrible about the service or our stay. I requested a crib and was told they could deliver a "baby prison" within half hour. It never arrived. I was concerned by the dampness in our room. Everything felt a little undry? I didn't feel like the play structure got a lot of regular cleaning either but I may be wrong.
